Medir Tour scheduled trips are:
•Guaranteed just if a minimum of participants is reached for each program
•Open to all travelers that contact Medir Tour and accept these conditions
•The itineraries are built for small groups, in order to guarantee a personalized organization
•Services included are listed in details in each single program, but usually they do not include travel insurance and international flights
•Travelers interested to register to Medir Tour departures are expected to contact a travel insurance company in order to ensure repatriation in case of emergency

Medir Tour, as group organizer, commits to:
– Promote departures with its own contacts and through the website
– Promptly inform participants about spaces available and about group status
– Provide all land transports, according to the specific program

Registration rules:
– Medir Tour will accept the registration based on chronological order
– Medir Tour will initially accept the registration through a written request, but the booking can be considered definitely confirmed just when the deposit is paid
– Therefore, Medir Tour does not considered registered those who are just “interested”
– Until the departure is guaranteed we will not request any deposit
– When the minimum number of participant is reached, Medir Tour will request a payment of 30% of tour cost to be paid within 7 days from the day when the departure is confirmed
– If the departure was already confirmed, the additional requests accepted would need to be confirmed by paying the deposit within 7 days from the approval day. If the payment is delayed without previous notice, Medir Tour can cancel the request, with notice, and give the space to other travelers.
– The remaining 70% of the full amount needs to be paid within 20 days before the tour departure

Cancellation rules:

– If the cancellation is requested within 7 working days before tour departures, Medir Tour reserves the right to decide if partially refund the deposit, however the funds already used for the tour organization will be considered
– If the cancellation is requested between 7 and 2 days before tour departure, the client can get 50% of the full tour cost
– If the cancellation is requested in the last 48 hours, Medir Tour is not obliged to refund anything
